MUSICAL THEATRE PROGRAMS FOR AGES 8-12

These classes include voice, acting, and dance. Students participate in a group vocal class, and learn acting techniques through work with scenes, monologues and fun games and activities. They then combine this with their knowledge of dance for a true musical theatre experience! They are also taught the importance of diction and given techniques to improve their clarity of speech. Students learn pieces from many different musicals throughout the year and then have the opportunity to perform in the Shine recitals and holiday performance! Acting classes not only help a student to be a more effective actor, singer and dancer, but they also greatly help with one’s confidence! For those students interested in extra performances, we have a competitive musical theatre group!

The talented instructors at “Shine” will help you with whatever you need! We are available to help you with any special event that may be coming up! We want to see you “Shine”!

SHINE ON!

A voice/ dance/ acting vaudeville style performance group available to our students starting at age 6. Students have the opportunity to perform at local Las Vegas events about once per month. Students participate in a weekly class and are required to take at least one private lesson per month.
